Your Path Forward Starts with Clarity.

Family law transitions are complex. We're here to help you understand your options and choose the path that is right for your future.

To ensure I can provide the focused attention your case deserves, I prioritize Collaborative Law, cooperative matters and unbundled coaching. I accept a very limited number of contested litigation matters. If your situation is highly contested and you feel your situation requires a heavy-litigation approach, I may not be the best match for your case. However, I am committed to making sure you get the help you need. If your needs fall outside my preferred practice areas, I am happy to provide you with a referral to a trusted colleague or a larger firm better suited to a high-conflict litigation.

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming; here is a quick look at what to expect when you first contact Shih Legal:

Step 1: Fill out our confidential form below so we can screen for conflicts and understand your needs.

Step 2: We will review your information and reach out by email to discuss the next steps.

Step 3: We'll schedule a time to dive into your specific situation.

Having served as a 'language broker' for my parents, I understand the weight of being in a system that feels foreign. My goal is to bridge that gap for you. I’m here to demystify the law and make sure you feel confident in your understanding of the process and the choices available to you.

Mei listens with genuine empathy and explains things in a way that makes sense, not just in legalese. After our first meeting, the emotional burden just lifted.
I appreciate Mei's flexibility in tailoring a strategy that actually fit my specific situation. I never felt forced into a one size fits all solution.
