UNBUNDLED LEGAL SERVICES

GET THE HELP YOU WANT. AFFORDABLE, UNBUNDLED, AND ON YOUR TERMS.

Take control of your family law matter with a custom legal toolkit designed just for you. With unbundled legal services, you choose exactly what you need, whether it’s expert advice on a tricky issue, drafting or reviewing documents, preparing for mediation or trial, or wrapping up post-divorce details. It’s flexible, affordable, and tailored to your situation, giving you high-quality legal support without paying for what you don’t need.

Teamwork

RESOLVING DISPUTES WITH RESPECT, TRANSPARENCY, AND SOLUTIONS.

Collaborative law is a flexible and respectful approach to family matters that meets you where you are. Whether navigating a dissolution or creating a prenuptial agreement, the focus is on managing conflict and finding solutions that work for everyone. You and your spouse or partner work with a team of legal experts to make decisions on parenting, finances, and other key issues outside the courtroom.

Collaborative prenuptial agreements allow couples to openly discuss finances and expectations, protecting both partners while building trust and communication. In a collaborative divorce, spouses work together to create parenting plans, divide assets, and resolve all important issues. This approach emphasizes cooperation, respect, and transparency, making family transitions smoother, less stressful, and empowering everyone to have a voice in shaping their future.

TRADITIONAL FAMILY LAW

ADVERSARIAL, COURTROOM-DRIVEN PROCESS WHERE DISPUTES ARE FOUGHT.

Not sure how to proceed with your divorce? Traditional family law follows the familiar courtroom approach where each spouse hires their own attorney and experts to determine a "just and equitable" division of property. It can be lengthy, costly, and adversarial, so it is best suited for situations where other, less confrontational options are not possible

GUARDIANSHIPS

REACH OUT IF A LOVED ONE MAY NEED ASSISTANCE.

Adult guardianship. Is your parent or loved one struggling to make important decisions or manage daily needs? Adult guardianship and conservatorship can provide the support they need when they can’t safely handle things on their own. Whether it’s managing care, finances, or long-term planning, a court-appointed guardian or conservator ensures your loved one is protected and supported.

Minor guardianship. Is there a child in your life who needs a safe, stable, and nurturing home because their parents are unable or unwilling to care for them right now? Filing for a minor guardianship can protect the child and give you the legal authority to care for them and make important decisions in their parents’ absence. Unlike foster care or CPS involvement, minor guardianship keeps the child with someone they know while providing stability and support.
